The food bank folks liked the size of the clam shell for breaking down items like donuts and sheet cakes.we are bound by having to use sanitized food containers and I have no choice to be in compliance.I only wish that we did not have to order 15,000 units to get to the first price break as we only use about 500/month and storage is very limited. Thanx...gil
